Days 1
Transfer to Nyerere National Park and Afternoon Game Drive
Your safari begins early in the morning with departure from Dar es Salaam and a scenic drive toward Nyerere National Park. The journey takes approximately 5–6 hours through rural landscapes, villages, and open countryside.
Upon arrival at the park gate, registration formalities will be completed before entering the park for your first exciting game drive. As you explore the vast plains and woodlands, you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and buffalo grazing across the savannah.
Lunch will be served at a picnic site inside the park followed by continued wildlife viewing during the afternoon. As the day cools down, animals become more active, increasing the chances of spotting predators such as lions or leopards.
In the evening, head to your safari lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.

After several hours of exploring the park, return to the lodge for breakfast before beginning the drive back to Dar es Salaam. Arrival is expected in the afternoon marking the end of your safari.
