The Popular Scenic Route

Machame Route

Often called the “Whiskey Route,” is one of the most popular ways to climb Kilimanjaro. It offers spectacular scenery and a gradual climb that helps with acclimatization, increasing the chances of reaching the summit.

Lemosho Route

Northern Quiet Route

Rongai Route

Approaching the mountain from the north near the Kenyan border, the Rongai Route is quieter and less crowded than many other routes. It offers a more remote trekking experience and unique views of the northern slopes of Kilimanjaro.
The Marangu Route, sometimes called the “Coca-Cola Route,” is the only route with mountain huts instead of tents. It is considered one of the easier routes in terms of terrain and is popular with trekkers seeking a shorter climb.
